A good oil makes for an amazing massage. Oil is the best way to moisturize your skin. Oils are pure, natural and free from preservatives, chemicals, parabens and all the other ingredients that make up todays lotions and potions. I use jojoba, Apricot and Macadamia nut oils.
Jojoba oil has a great anti inflammatory effect. It is great for arthritis and rheumatism, it is good for all skin types. Helpful for dry scalp, psoriasis, eczema, sunburn, chapped skin and acne. It is also claimed that it can reduce fine lines by 11% after 8 hours! It doesn't leave a greasy feel to the skin and controls excess sebum, so it won't block pores.
Apricot kernel oil is excellent for skin protection, in an emollient and is nourishing. It is easily absorbed, suitable for sensitive, dry and ageing skins.
Macadamia nut oil is known as the 'vanishing oil' as it is very easily absorbed and leaves no oily feel after your treatment. It has exceptional power to penetrate the skin leaving it non greasy and supple.
