Please do not attend your appointment early. The door is always locked during treatments and I will still be busy with a client if you arrive early.
I require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you do not attend your appointment you will incur a charge of £20.00.
If you are unsure of what treatment to have we can discuss this when you arrive. However, if you require anything that needs heat (LaStone, bamboo or thai compress) I will need to know prior to your appointment.
